New Kitchen....kind of

Adelynn's cousins in Dumas are almost teenagers so they didn't need their play kitchen anymore. So Addie got an early Christmas gift- She loves it! Adelynn would play outside with it all day if mommy would let her.

Another trip to the Zoo

During the fall Adelynn and I go to the zoo about once a week. We look at some animals but we mostly play in the tot spot and the children's farm.

The zoo has these fun animal sculptures all over the zoo. Today Adelynn tried to ride a couple.

We visit the discovery house each time to come. Addie likes to play with the puzzles and sometimes we are lucky and they take one of the animals out for us to learn about.

We always finish at the carousel. Addie doesn't like to ride the horses so we sit/ spin in the nest- it like the teacups at Disneyland. She loves it!

I'm really behind in my blogging...sorry:( These pictures are from storytime at Barnes and Nobles from last month. Addie got to hear If you Give a Mouse a cookie. She also got to meet the mouse, eat cookies, and do a craft. Great FREE activity for kids.

The Park with Friends

A package from Uncle Scotty!

Today when we got home from the park there was a box on our doorstep. Adelynn carried the box in and then I opened it.

I let her take out her surprise from Uncle Scotty. She was super excited to see Elmo waiting for her inside.

She kept on saying "Elmo! Elmo!"

Looking at her slippers. Can you tell she is very happy!
